What to send so we can quote accurately
The form asks for three things: your name, your email and what you need. The last one is where the detail matters. The most useful messages say what the thing has to do, who uses it, what it replaces or connects to (an existing website, a booking system, a CRM, a spreadsheet someone maintains by hand), and whether you are working towards a fixed date.
The budget selector is optional and has four brackets: under £2k, £2-5k, £5-10k and £10k+. If you know roughly where you sit, say so; if you do not, leave it blank. Links carry more than descriptions, so include your current site and anything you want the result to resemble.
The work we are set up for
We build AI systems, native apps, web platforms and workflow automation, and we support products already in production: monitoring, incident response, release support, architecture reviews and focused performance work. The usual stack is TypeScript, React, Next.js, Swift, Node.js, PostgreSQL and Supabase. AI work is built on OpenAI and Anthropic, and LogicLeap is an Anthropic Claude Partner and an OpenAI Select Partner.
Past clients include Raymond Blanc OBE, Palé Hall and InsideTalk. Josh Matthews, who founded LogicLeap, worked at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Raymond Blanc’s two-Michelin-star restaurant, before starting the company. Project work is quoted at a fixed price, so the scope is agreed before anyone starts building. Open-ended work with no defined end is the poorer fit.
Pricing, payment and where we are based
Package prices are published on the pricing page, from £1,800 to £25,000+, alongside monthly marketing retainers and add-ons. Project pricing is fixed rather than hourly, so the scoping is done before the quote goes out.
Payment plans are available on larger projects: a deposit to start, then the balance on completion, or split across agreed milestones on the biggest ones. The thresholds and the exact splits are on the pricing page.
