Bryntirion Inn

Bryntirion Inn

Overview

A standalone website and bespoke content-management system for The Bryntirion Inn — a centuries-old country pub on the Palé Hall estate near Bala in the Dee Valley, North Wales, and Palé Hall's sister property. LogicLeap built the public site and the admin platform behind it, then ran the technical side of a live, trading venue through the first half of 2026.

The Challenge

A historic country inn within a fine-dining estate needs more than a brochure site. The Bryntirion's day-to-day life — rooms, seasonal food and drink menus, live music line-ups, events, galleries — changes constantly, and the team needed to manage all of it themselves without going back to a developer for every edit. At the same time the property had to operate as a real business: bookings, point-of-sale, daily reconciliation and analytics that could feed the estate's wider marketing. The brief was a fast, well-built front end paired with a self-serve CMS deep enough to run the venue, plus the behind-the-scenes plumbing to keep it live.

What We Built

The public site presented The Bryntirion Inn as the estate property it is, while the 28-page admin CMS gave the team direct control over rooms, food and drink menus, live music artists, events, a photo gallery, editable page content, newsletter management and a media library — every part of the venue's public face editable in-house, without a developer in the loop.

Underneath, LogicLeap handled the operational plumbing that keeps a working venue online: Google Analytics was configured and confirmed live on the site (G-2BNJSYEJ4Y) on 13 March 2026, giving the estate's media agency the AdWords-to-Analytics linkage they needed to track and act on traffic. Across early-to-mid 2026 LogicLeap also ran ongoing technical support for the operating property, from PMS user-access approvals and daily End-of-Day report routing to cashup reconciliation.

When the estate consolidated its digital platforms with another agency in April 2026, LogicLeap closed out cleanly — transferring the IPS domain tags for thebryntirion.co.uk, bryntirioninn.co.uk and wowdc.co.uk to the client's registrar account with clear handover instructions, leaving the property's operators fully in control of their own domains.

Results

The build operated as a live, transacting hospitality venue through the first half of 2026, with the property management system and daily cashup reconciliation in active use. Google Analytics was confirmed live on 13 March 2026, unlocking the AdWords and Analytics linkage the estate's media agency needed. In April 2026 the estate moved its web properties onto a single consolidated platform run by another agency; LogicLeap handed the domains back to the client cleanly and on request. As of June 2026 bryntirioninn.co.uk is served from that consolidated Palé Hall platform rather than LogicLeap's original build.
