YPG needed more than a website. They needed a front door that a 16-year-old student, a hotel HR manager, and a college careers coordinator could all walk through and immediately feel like the platform was built for them. Three audiences, three sets of motivations, one URL.
The Challenge
Generic “something for everyone” messaging would have failed all three groups. Students respond to inspiration, energy, and opportunity. Employers want evidence of a credible talent pipeline. Colleges need to see institutional rigour, safeguarding awareness, and alignment with educational outcomes. The site had to route each audience into the right journey without creating confusion or requiring them to self-select from a wall of options.
What We Built
A multi-audience architecture with three distinct content journeys, each tailored in tone, messaging, and call-to-action. Students get aspirational content and a clear path to sign up. Employers see the value proposition for talent acquisition and partnership.
Colleges find the credibility signals and operational detail they need to bring YPG into their institution. Lead capture is woven throughout, and a CMS gives the YPG team ongoing control over content without developer dependency.
Technically it is a Next.js site with the three journeys built as separate sections on top of one shared component set. Brand, typography and navigation are defined once, so a change lands everywhere at the same time; the copy, imagery and calls to action are written per audience and never templated across them. That is what keeps the student pages sounding like they are for students and the college pages reading like a procurement conversation, without three sites to maintain.
The marketing site sits in front of the YPG platform itself, which LogicLeap also built (see the YPG Portal case study), and its primary conversion is a platform sign-up. Because the same team built both, the hand-off from a marketing page into the product is one journey rather than a jump between two suppliers’ work.
Results
The site serves as the primary entry point for the entire YPG ecosystem. Student sign-ups, employer partnership enquiries, and college onboarding conversations all originate here. One cohesive brand experience that doesn’t compromise for any audience.
